We know no one reads these things (except maybe your lawyer cousin), but this page lays out the rules of the road — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you — when using our site, buying our products, or interacting with our services. Let’s keep it short, fair, and easy.

1. Who We Are

BirdieShotz.com is an online store powered by Shopify, and run by real humans who love golf, great design, and a cheeky drink now and then. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean BirdieShotz.com. When we say "you," we mean you — our visitor, customer, or potential customer (hey, we’re optimistic).

By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms below and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, that’s okay — but please don’t use the site.

2. Shopping With Us

You're welcome to browse, buy, and tell your friends. To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live (or have your grown-up’s permission). You’ll need to provide accurate info like your name, shipping address, and payment details. Keep your login safe — we’re not responsible if your dog orders 50 flasks while you’re out golfing.

3. Our Products

We do our best to make everything look amazing — but every screen shows colors a little differently, and no two BirdieShotz balls are exactly alike (especially if you’re sipping while reading this). If you’re not happy, check out our Refund Policy for how to fix it.

We may change or discontinue products without notice. Limited runs are limited for a reason!

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is like raising your hand to say, “Yes, I want this.” We’ll process your payment, confirm the order, and get to work. Occasionally, we may cancel or tweak orders (e.g., if stock runs out or you accidentally ordered 300 units). We’ll contact you if that happens.

Make sure your payment info is up to date. We accept major credit cards and secure payments — no Monopoly money, please.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship fast, but once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays happen (storms, holidays, rogue squirrels) — and we appreciate your patience. Risk of loss passes to you once it ships.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, product names, and content on this site belong to BirdieShotz.com or our partners. Please don’t steal our stuff. Sharing is fine; copying and reselling is not.

7. Using Our Site

Please don’t:

Hack, spam, or scrape our site.
Pretend to be someone else.
Use our content without permission.
Post anything rude, illegal, or unhinged.

We reserve the right to block or ban users who violate the vibe.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use tools or links to services we don’t control (like shipping plugins or social media). We’re not responsible for what happens on those other sites — so use them at your own risk and read their terms too.

9. Powered by Shopify

BirdieShotz.com runs on Shopify, which handles our shopping cart and payment processing. Your transaction is with us, not Shopify. Any issues with orders or products? Reach out to us, not Shopify — we’ve got you.

10. Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and share your info. Spoiler: we don’t sell your data, and we don’t want your weird browser history either.

11. Feedback and Reviews

If you leave us a review, send us a funny idea, or tag us on social, you're giving us permission to repost, reuse, or brag about it (with credit, of course). If you say something rude or illegal, we might delete it — or send your mom a screenshot.

12. Legal Stuff (a.k.a. The Fine Print)

We do our best, but we can’t guarantee 100% error-free service, 24/7 uptime, or universal satisfaction.
Our products are provided “as is.” No implied warranties of fitness, purpose, or indestructibility. (It’s a novelty item — don’t try to hit it with a driver.)
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for lost profits, emotional damage, spilled bourbon, or carrier delays.
