We want you to love your BirdieShotz. If something’s off, let’s fix it.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. That said, we’re pretty flexible. If you’re not happy, reach out. Our goal is to make it right, not to trap you in red tape.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it

Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
To start a return:

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send it.

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first. We like surprises, but not that kind.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need a few extra days to post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still don’t see the funds, shoot us an email at admin@BirdieShotz.com and we’ll look into it.
