We ship everything from sunny South Florida using reliable carriers like USPS and UPS. Every order comes with tracking, so you can follow your BirdieShotz journey all the way to your doorstep.

Processing Times
Most orders ship within one (1) business day — because we don’t like waiting either.
Custom or made-to-order items ship within five (5) business days (or whatever timeline we agreed to in writing once the design is approved). No vague promises here.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Orders under $40 ship via USPS First Class Mail for a flat $5.75 — simple and affordable.
Spend $40 or more? Shipping’s on us.
Want it faster? You’ll see upgraded shipping options at checkout with real-time rates based on your location and mood.

Delivery Issues
If your package takes a detour, gets marked “delivered” but isn’t, or gets eaten by a porch possum, let us know. Even if it wasn’t technically our fault, we’ll help you make it right — because that’s what decent humans do.

Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before checking out. If you notice a mistake after the fact, reach out ASAP. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we might still be able to fix it quietly before the mail truck rolls out.

Where We Ship
Right now we only ship within the U.S. International BirdieShotz fans — hang tight, we’re working on it.
